5 out of 5 starsThe quality was great, a bit smaller than expected, but I didn’t read the item description or anything so that’s on me. Anyways, super high quality and no issues on shipping

5 out of 5 starsI just had brain surgery to remove a tumor and found this wonderful felted tumor to represent BOB (aka bump on brain). It's perfect and the specimen jar with the label is going to allow me to commemorate Bob's demise. They items were packed well and arrived quickly. Update: I took my brain tumor representation into my first post-op appointment and my neurosurgeon loved it. Thank you for bringing some joy into our lives. People are very serious about brain tumors and while they are serious, not joking makes it harder for everyone.

I’m so glad this brought you some joy during this difficult time. BOB is not welcome anymore! Best wishes during your recovery!

5 out of 5 starsI appreciated being able to select the color of the metal and the color of the pendent. My friend loved it! I gave the pendent as memento of a hot air balloon ride she took over a wildlife preserve in Africa.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom orders?
YES!
I'm happy to customize just about anything in my shop for you, so please contact me to discuss the details of whatever you have in mind.
There may or may not be an upcharge for custom items - it really depends on what it is, if I need to specially order materials, etc.
I always request payment before I begin working on custom orders, and the lead time will vary depending on the item.
Please keep in mind custom items will be final sales. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom items.
Do you sell wholesale?
YES!
I would love to be considered for your store. I do offer almost all of my handmade jewelry wholesale, and would be glad to send you my Wholesale line sheet or a copy of my catalog. My opening order is $150, and reorders are $100. Lead times are typically 1-2 weeks.
**I'm sorry, but I don't offer any of my needle felted fiber art as wholesale.
How will my item be packaged?
Jewelry items will arrive in a velour pouch or white gift box, depending on the item (pendant, earrings, etc.)
Small items are shipped in a 9" x 6" padded envelope. Larger items are shipped in a box that best matches their size. I will mark shipments as "fragile" if they need special care.
If you would like me to gift wrap an item that's shipping directly to the recipient, I'm happy to do this at no additional charge. Please make your request in the "note to seller" box during checkout. If you'd like to include a note, just say the word!
I don't include a printed receipt with orders, only my business card and occasionally a postcard or coupon. If you wish to view your receipt, simply go to "My Purchases & Reviews".
How do I send you the photo for my custom portrait item?
ANSWER: send the photo in an Etsy conversation. You won't be able to upload it during checkout. I will match up your order to your message (by user name).
If you're not sure a photo will work, please send it to me first and I'll take a look before you checkout.
*I'm not able to begin your order until I have your reference photo*
TIPS & TRICKS for taking a photo for your custom portrait items:
- make sure the photo is taken from the side, not at an angle
- you should be eye level with the subject, and fairly close up
- make sure the subject is NOT smiling, and has their mouth closed (trust me, it looks strange in a silhouette when someone's mouth is open)
- have their hair exactly as you want it in the silhouette
When will I receive my item?
I can make & ship most items in 2-5 days, depending on the item. If you have a specific deadline please contact me prior to checking out to discuss.
I ship all orders First Class, which is the most economical. Orders usually arrive in a week, but it can vary depending on the season, and your location.
If you wish to speed up or guarantee a time frame for delivery, you can upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail when you checkout.
International orders: I'm sorry, tracking isn't included once the package leaves the US. The delivery time will vary - it could be 2 weeks or 2 months, depending on how quickly your country processes shipments through customs. I'm afraid I can't do anything to speed this up - thanks for your patience!
I'm local, can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
No. I'm sorry, I'm not able to offer local deliveries or meet ups. My studio is not open to the public, and I'm not able to bring you your item in person.
The only exception is if you place an order and pick it up at one of my regional craft shows. I post upcoming events on social media, or you can always contact me to find out when my next event will be.
Do you have a physical store?
Nope. For now, my shop exists only on Etsy, but if you're in the Greenville, SC area, I do have some jewelry items available at Urban Digs (215 Wade Hampton Blvd).
I participate in 20+ craft shows each year, so if you're in the southeast, there's a good chance I'm coming to a city near you! I always share these events on social media, and I often bring far more inventory to events than what's shown in my Etsy shop, so it's a great way to see EVERYTHING I have in person.
My jewelry is carried in over 100 stores across the country, so if you're curious where you can shop in person, just send me a note and I'll let you know where to look.
